- Candidates should Passed Secondary School Examination or 10th Standard.
- Local Language Complsory and English knowledge.
- Knowledge of Cycling.

- Minimun Age : 18 Year.
- Maximum Age: 40 Year.
- The upper Age limits is Relaxable.
