Education Qualification (As on 28-06-2021):
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any dicipline, Computer knowledge and Proficiency in Local Language
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s Degree in any dicipline (Preference will be given to relevant dicipline), Computer knowledge and Proficiency in Local Language.
- Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor’s Degree in any dicipline (Preference will be given to relevant dicipline) and Two Year experience in banking
- Officer Scale- II Specialist Officers (Manager): Bachelor’s degree in relevant dicipline and One or Two Year experience in relevant dicipline.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s Degree in any dicipline (Preference will be given to relevant dicipline) and Five year experience in Banking or Financial sector.

- Maximum age: 28, 30, 32 & 40 Year.
