Pay Scale:

  • Assistant Teacher LP School: Pay Band – 2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances.
  • Assistant Teacher UP School: Pay Band – 2, Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances.

Education Qualification :

  • Assistant Teacher LP School: Senior Secondary or its equivalent and Passed in Assam TET for LPS, conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.
  • Assistant Teacher UP School: A candidate should possess Graduate Degree in relevant dicipline and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B. Ed. or D. Ed. and passed in Assam TET for UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

Age Limits (As on 01-01-2021):

  • Minimum Age: 18 Year
  • Maximum Age : 40 Year.
  • The maximum age limit is Relaxable (See Notifiation).

  • Tatal Payable Fee : Nil.

  • The Selection of the candidates shall be strictly in order of merit and marks scored acording to the basis of education and qualification details.
